We will include one annual gutter cleaning and one annual dryer vent cleaning at your convenience. These do NOT count towards your service hours.
Your plan will also include your first 12 hours of service. If you use all 12 service hours don't worry, we will give you discounts on all additional service calls while your plan is in effect.
This plan covers labor only. Materials are extra and services we do not offer are not included in this plan. Heat and air, gas, major plumbing and major electrical work are not included.
If you do not use all your annual service hours don't worry, we will give you up to a 15% discount off the current price when you renew your plan.
